Choux farçie à la viande haché 23 mai, 2009

pour 4 personnes

8 à 10 feuilles de chou vert frisé
400 g de la viande haché
60g de riz
1 ail ecrasé
coriandre,sel,poivre,cumin,1cube de bouillon de mouton,huile d’olive,gingembre
2 cuil a s concentré de tomate
fromage (facultatif)


Retirz les premières feuilles de chou,rafraîchir-les bien sous l’eau froide et égouttez-les. Faites bouillir de l’eau salée et plongez les feuilles de chou pendant 4 mn. Egouttez les feuilles et réservez.
Faites cuire le riz
dans un saladier mettez la viande haché,riz,les épices,1/2 cube de bouillon,coriandre haché,malaxez bien cette farce
placez une feuille de chou sur un plan de travail et enlevez les parties dures,disposer 2 cuillères à soupe de farce sur chaque feuille de chou, replier les côtes et rouler.
préparez la sauce tomate:tomate concentré,ail,épices,coriandre et huile d’olive
Posez les rouleaux de chou farci dans un plat allant au four, rajoutez la sauce au dessus et disposez sur chaque rouleau une tranche du fromage  et laissez cuir pendant 45min
